Status of the information

The content on the Site is general information about planning, construction and licensing in Israel. It does not constitute legal advice, engineering advice or a professional opinion regarding any particular property, and it should not be relied upon for decisions without an individual examination.

Planning and building law changes, and local plans differ between authorities. Information that was accurate when published may not be current when read.

Timelines and figures shown on the Site

Performance figures shown on the Site - including approval rates, time ranges and client numbers - refer to applications previously submitted by the Company and represent averages. They are not a promise, undertaking or forecast for any specific file. The timeline in each file depends on the local authority, consultant availability and the circumstances of the project.
